Terms of Service
1. Service scope
CYBEXO WABA provides onboarding, integration, and operational support services for WhatsApp Business API. Services are provided to verified business clients under a valid commercial agreement.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details and maintain required Meta account eligibility.
- Use the platform in compliance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.
- Protect account credentials and notify CYBEXO promptly of suspected compromise.
3. Acceptable use
Clients may not use CYBEXO services for unlawful messaging activity, policy evasion, spam, fraud, or any prohibited content under Meta and jurisdictional requirements.
4. Data and security
CYBEXO applies operational and technical controls to protect service data. Clients remain responsible for the legality and quality of their own outbound content and campaigns.
5. Availability and support
CYBEXO targets enterprise-grade availability and maintains incident response procedures. Scheduled maintenance or external provider outages may impact service continuity.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBEXO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party outages, or client policy violations.
7. Termination
CYBEXO may suspend or terminate service for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or regulatory necessity. Clients may request termination according to contract terms.
