CYBEXO provides enterprise onboarding and operational services for WhatsApp Business API integrations. This policy explains how CYBEXO collects, uses, and protects information processed through the CYBEXO WABA platform.
1. Information we process
- Business portfolio and WhatsApp account identifiers required for onboarding.
- Webhook event payloads required for message/event processing and troubleshooting.
- Operational metadata such as request identifiers, status logs, and security telemetry.
2. How we use Platform Data
- To enable Embedded Signup and account linking requested by the client business.
- To operate webhook ingestion, API setup, and service reliability workflows.
- To monitor security controls, incident response, and compliance obligations.
3. Data sharing
CYBEXO does not sell Platform Data. Data is shared only with authorized service subprocessors where required to provide the client-requested service, or where legally required.
4. Security controls
- Access control and least-privilege operational permissions.
- Secret lifecycle management, rotation reminders, and audit records.
- Webhook authenticity checks and idempotent processing protections.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for service delivery, security auditing, and legal compliance. Retention schedules are reviewed periodically.
