Data Deletion Instructions
If your business wants CYBEXO to remove data associated with your WABA onboarding or integration records, submit a deletion request using the process below.
Request method
- Email privacy@cybexo.com with subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your business name, business portfolio ID, and contact email used during onboarding.
- If requested, complete identity and authorization verification.
What we delete
- Stored onboarding metadata and account-link records that are no longer required by law.
- Operational payload records retained for service and compliance purposes, subject to legal retention windows.
Timeline
Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days. Fulfillment timeline depends on legal retention obligations and service dependencies, but we aim to complete eligible requests within 30 days.
Meta integration removal
You may also revoke CYBEXO access directly in Meta Business Integrations. Revocation stops future access and can be performed independently of this deletion workflow.
